fattythor: Challenge him to a duel!  Then, when you defeat him, shout “IF YOU CANNOT PROVE YOUR WORTH IN THE ARENA, PROVE IT IN MY CHAMBERS!”. If that doesn’t work, you could try cooking something for him, I suppose.
