Since I'm home for the holiday
I’m going to spend the next couple hours just listing and counting down the things about 2012 that I’m looking forward to.
Especially since 2011, which started out on some of the highest notes of my life ever, fell to such a spectacular low for the second half.
You were disappointing, 2011.
2012, just don’t end the world before I get to see both parts of The Hobbit, okay?

Well, I took him to the vet yesterday. Got his first shots, looked for a microchip (none), and we were on our way. Last night though, he got sick a couple of times and then wouldn’t eat this morning so I took him back to the vet. She felt a lump in his stomach so she took an x-ray and found that his intestines had flipped and he needed emergency surgery...

Several years ago
While at the dentist, I was given a chance to be part of a study. I’ve never had my wisdom tooth (I only ever had one) removed, and apparently this made me a really good candidate for whatever they needed to research.
Ever since, every 6-12 months I get a little survey in my inbox, and when I fill it out I get a code to redeem on iTunes as compensation.
